Fees

Our fees include FREE breakfast, lunch, and snacks for every student. Enrollment requires an initial deposit equal to one week's tuition fee based on the rate for that child at the time of enrollment. Initial deposits must always maintain a minimum amount equal to the current weekly fee whether it is a private rate or a subsidized rate.

Fees are subject to change at any time, but families will be given a two-month window minimum before any changes go into effect. All private-pay families are required to pay the annual registration fee upon initial registration and annually thereafter, with a cap of $50 per family.

Please note: FEES ARE CHARGED BY ENROLLMENT, NOT ATTENDANCE. There are no credits given for sick, vacation, or absent days. There is a late fee charged for arriving after 5:30 pm which is $1.00 a minute to be paid separately from the regular childcare tuition.

Classroom assignments are generally based on age, but we also focus on developmentally appropriate classrooms for each child’s needs. We must always maintain the correct ratios for each room, and the maximum amount of children permitted in that space.

Rates will change the first Monday AFTER the child has had a birthday. We do not pro-rate fees or change fees mid-week. Our Center accepts subsidized childcare, which helps eligible families pay their child care costs.
