School Closing Information

Have immediate questions? Call 610-696-8447, then press #6 after the first prompt for a list of delays and closures.

We will also post our information on TV stations, our website's home, and our Facebook page. We do NOT always follow the West Chester School District, and we are listed by our own full name. We do utilize the three closest school districts as a guide. For example, if all three school districts (West Chester, Downingtown, and Coatesville close, we would probably be closed as well.) Occasionally, the school's decisions rest on buses and bus drivers, and since we do not rely on this, we make our own determinations.

Chester County Early Childhood Collaborative Connections

The Chester County Early Childhood Collaborative Connections merges the Local Leadership Council (LLC) of ELRC Region 19 and Chester County Early Intervention Connections (Local Interagency Coordinating Council).

Our joint mission is to ensure that young children of all needs have access to high-quality early care, support, and education to support their growth and development.
Parents, Caregivers, Early Childhood Partners, Early Intervention Providers, and Community Partners are encouraged to attend these meetings held quarterly to share their feedback and resources, and to assist in planning for the needs of children and families under the age of 5 in Chester County.
