1 HOUR DELAY: This means we will open at 7:30 am, breakfast will be served and all children should still be in by 9:00 am
2 HOUR DELAY: This means we will open at 8:30, no breakfast will be served and all children must be in by 10:00 am
3 HOUR DELAY: This means we will open at 9:30 am, no breakfast will be served, and all children need to be in by 10:30 am.
** We will follow the delay schedule of each school to adjust bus pick-up times, but please communicate with us regarding bus changes. We do not get notified by the schools, so rely on the families to inform us of any bus schedule changes or notifications.

CLOSED ALL DAY: We have up to 2 paid emergency days where parents will pay for those closed days. Only REGISTERED school-age children are permitted into care on days their school closes, but we are open. The daily fee for that day must be paid at drop-off.

CLOSING EARLY: This will only occur when inclement weather makes travel in the afternoon difficult. We will call the parents on the emergency contact first and then move down to the emergency contacts to confirm someone knows we are closing early. Late fees will occur if children are not picked up by the designated time. We will always allow for a two-hour window, at a minimum, for closing early.
